Fantastic service from Platinum Plumbing, as always. Adam and Joe worked their socks off replacing our ancient immersion hot water system with a combi, removing the old tanks and tidying up afterwards.
I had a leak in a radiator, but I have a specific type of heating (geothermal) and I rang about 15 plumbers before I found Adam. I'm so glad I did. He knew exactly what needed to be done and kept in communication throughout.
Brilliant service from Adam and Joe. Arrived when they said they would, both friendly and courteous. Jobs done to a great standard, they were efficient and tidied up after themselves.
Adam and Joe removed a large immersion heater and replaced it with a more compact, suitable one. The controls were fully explained to me and the water pressure is hugely improved.
Reliable, communication was great and they did exactly what they said they would do. Fixed an additional issue with no charge while doing my gas safe cert, boiler service and radiator repairs.
